Refund And Cancellation

At Premkunj Homestay Dandeli, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both our guests and our homestay management.


1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only after an advance payment.

  • The advance payment ensures your room reservation for the selected dates.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Guests can cancel their booking by contacting us directly through WhatsApp (+91 84312 66544) or email (Premkunjhomestay@gmail.com).

  • To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund.


3. Refund Policy

  • If your cancellation is approved, the advance amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days through the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds may be subject to small transaction or processing charges (if applicable).

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • No-shows (failure to arrive without notice)

    • Early check-outs (leaving before the scheduled departure date)


4. Changes to Booking Dates

  • Guests may request to change their booking dates at least 48 hours before check-in, subject to room availability.

  • Date changes are allowed once without additional charges.


5. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

If a booking must be canceled due to unavoidable events such as natural disasters, heavy rain, government restrictions, or emergencies, we will offer:

  • A date reschedule or

  • A partial refund as per management’s discretion.
